To receive the "Buy 10 get 1 Free Offer," here’s how it works:
- Deposits for all TEN packages ($5,000) must be received and the attached Group Rooming List faxed or e-mailed to us at the time the rooms are booked in order to be eligible for one of the free packages.

Now remember, all TEN of the packages must be paid in full by July 15 in order to get one FREE package. In addition, those who have packages not paid in full by July 15 risk losing their deposit. For example, if 10 deposits are made but only 9 packages are paid in full by July 15, a free package will not be provided AND the deposit for the 10th room could be lost.
